Does my crush like me?

I have a huge crush on this girl that I met at a church 10 months ago but never told her anything as I'm very very shy. When I picked up some courage to ask her out I got to know she is seeing someone. I was heartbroken but I stayed as a good friend. Now 3 months later I got to know that she broke up with her ex. She hugged me and told me that things did not work for her. She still doesn't know I have always liked her. I was feeling sorry for her but at the same time my mind was telling me, "idiot tell her how you feel as god has given you a second chance". Anyways, since then I have started to notice that she is becoming very playful with me as she tends to tease me a lot. Everytime she does something with her friends she invites me to join her. Also, she is organising a party for her 21st birthday and she invited me for it and when I asked her who else is coming. She said, "i'm the first one she has invited". She also teases me a lot sometimes and when I call myself as I'm mr.silly she responds saying I'm miss silly. Does she like me? is she just being friendly or is she giving me a hint to ask her out? If so how should I ask her out. What should I say and how to go about it? The other problem is in 2 weeks she is leaving for US for a summer camp for 3 months. So which means it's now or never for me. It's been really killing me for the last few days as I'm not able to concentrate on anytyhing properly as she has been constantly running on mind. I'm sorry for being annoying as I'm 23 and I have never asked a girl out but I just want to do it this time as I don't want to miss her out again. I don't think I would have any problem to wait for her till she comes back from the summer camp to make her mind up. I only meet her on sundays at the church so now I only have 2 sundays left. So how should I go about and do this? Will appreciate a girls perspective here. Thank you for all the answers.
