I don't understand why I'm getting the cold shoulder

A girl I've been seeing recently, went away on holiday a fortnight ago. We'd talk talk every day and meet when we could, and I saw her briefly before she left and she said we could skype while she's away... i've tried to talk to her on facebook but she hasn't replied... Maybe i'm being too OTT but it says shes been online but not read my messages... Should I just wait till she chats to me or when she gets back and give her a text then?
