| What changes did you implement in your life in order to lose weight..I don't mean drastic things like cutting your calories in half but small changes that you felt made a huge difference and caused you to lose weight. As well on average how much did you lose per month, etc. Do you weight yoruself weekly, monthly, or not at all? I am thinking of getting rid of my scale because i find the fluctuation can really affect my motivation. | |||
