From being friends to being more than friends.

Hi all, About two weeks ago I was on work placement from college and I met a guy doing the same thing as me but a year older. Over the two weeks, we always chatted and got on really really well. He was always really nice to me . When I left to go back to college, I asked if we could stay in touch over facebook and he told me how to look him up(he changed his name for work placement). I sent him a message on facebook just casually .He hasn't go back to me but Is that him just being a guy and hasn't got round to it yet?????? I really really like him . Any advice would be nice????
