Dealing with dishonest/slimey people

When I went down the pub I gave the money to this kid to get the next round in and he pocketed the change. Only when I asked for it did he produce it. It really pissed me off for the rest of the day. Also when we were walking along another time he put his chocolate bar wrapper in someones hedge and just dismissed it. So my point is you know when you get someone who is really sly/dishonest and is only interested in themselves and is just a ****. Also their behaviour is so dishonest/deceitful it can be quit upsetting and almost makes you really angry. When he pocketed the change I felt like punching his ****ing lights out.
