I'm finally going to do it - I'm going to tell him

Hi everyone, So I've liked this guy for about 8 months and we're good friends, always having a laugh etc etc. All (and when I say all I mean ALL) of our friends know that I like him and because people talk, I have trouble believing that he doesn't know. Although I certainly don't act like I like him, surely he should have asked by now. But anyway, there are some signs and so I think its time to just get it all out there and just tell him - because even if it is a no, then I'll get over him a whole lot quicker! so tsr... what do I say and how do I say it, without sounding creepy?
