| Ok, so I fancy someone on an entirely different course to me, he's my friend's flatmate and literally the only time I see him is if she decides to invite all her flatmates to the pub/I end up invading her flat after a night out/occasionally at society meetings (we're both in one of the same societies but he hardly ever goes), and we're always in a group, always. But we seem to have a fair amount in common, and several times now we'll be talking about something and he'll suggest that me and him do that, like watch the Six Nations because it turns out we both like watching rugby, or watch a film, but it's a sort of hint rather than a proper "Will you meet up with me?" type thing, and I want to ask him out for a drink just to see if he actually fancies me or if he likes me as a friend, he's a great guy so at the moment I am perfectly happy with either, I just enjoy talking to him. So yeah, how do I get him by himself? I guess I should just gro w a pair and ask him for his phone number really  It would simplify a lot. But yeah, any other ideas? I hate the idea of having an audience to my potential embarrassment, the last time I liked a guy his best friend and another mutual friend assured me that he fancied me but when I spoke to him he shot me down so I'm a bit wary now. | |||
