Hes stopped replying but he started it!

Ok i know its not really that big an issue but this guy i flirt with a lot at work added me on facebook and started messaging me. They were quite long and we messaged about 4 times in the day but that was 3 days ago now and he still hasnt replied. he has updated his facebook statues though! I am just confused because people have told me he has mentioned it to them that he does like me? should i just leave it or in a few days message him something off topic? Thanks
