Friend is about to marry a girl he doesn't want to be with

I hope I posted this in the right place, but if not I apologize. I had planned on typing out a long post detailing the story of my friend and his nightmare of a fiancee, but I'm just going to get to the point. My friend has been dating the same girl for about 7 years and it has been rocky to say the least. However, he is joining the Air Force soon and the only way for her to come along is if they get married, so she just went on ahead and planned a wedding. He came over to my house this past weekend and we had a long talk about it and he said he doesn't know if marrying her is a good idea, but he feels trapped in the relationship. I basically told him that if he isn't sure he shouldn't do it. I thought he might dump her after we talked, but he didn't and they're supposed to get married in May. I know he doesn't want to marry her and he thinks he'd be happier with someone else, (he actually said this) but I don't think he'll leave her without some help on my part and possibly some other friends. So do I let him make his own mistakes or do I do the best I can to stop him from marrying her? And if I should try to stop the marriage what do you think I should say to him? Thank you.
